🎄HR Collective Christmas Party 2024 – Fresh Impulses for remote work & HR Innovation

Last Thursday, we joined a special Christmas celebration for the HR community in the DACH region, organized by HR Collective and supported by strong partners such as Remote, Factorial, 1000 Satellites GmbH, Joy_, Maramio, COLLIDE®, meetreet, CHEERS to, and us.

More than 130 participants came together to reflect on the year, exchange ideas, and look ahead to the future of HR work. We at rhome were proud to be part of it as a partner.

Exchange and New Perspectives in Focus

Already at the doors open, it was clear: this event offered a great opportunity to connect with other HR experts and innovators. The HR Collective had put together a program that placed meaningful exchange at its core.

A key highlight of the evening was the HR World Tour, an interactive journey through various solutions for remote work. At three different stations, participants were able to gain fresh insights, collect structured knowledge with an HR Collective passport, and take away practical inspiration.

To wrap up the evening, there was time to continue exchanging ideas over food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to professional discussions, there was space for informal conversations and new connections.
